Refunds and Returns


An email will let you know if your return has been approved for a refund after it has been processed. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • REFUNDS THAT ARE LATE OR MISSING

If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days of the refund being processed, contact your bank or credit card company. The official posting of your refund may take some time. Before some banks and credit unions post a refund, additional processing time may be required.

RETURNS

Within ten days of receipt, Stylemarts will exchange or refund any merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed. Within ten days, Stylemarts must receive the returned items.

  • The item(s) must not have been washed, altered, or washed, and they must retain their original tags.
  • After the 10-day window, returned items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If a returned item does not adhere to our return policy guidelines, we reserve the right to reject it. The purchase may be returned to the buyer if it is rejected.

NO RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR

All swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Please ensure that all returned merchandise is in the same condition as when received, including all tags. Items soiled, damaged, worn, used, or otherwise not in their original condition will be returned to the customer. Please fill out our Return Form to initiate your return or exchange. Feel free to use the original packaging to ship your return! We will send you a prepaid return label.
